    Eligibility


    Who Can Enter:
    – Open to businesses and individuals across the United States.
    – Entrants must be 18 years or older.

    Installation Location Requirement:
    – All wrap installations will be performed at Instant Sign Factory in Spokane, Washington.
    – Winners are responsible for delivering and picking up their vehicle at our Spokane location.
    – Instant Sign Factory will not provide transportation or travel reimbursement for vehicles or participants.

    Vehicle Requirements:
    – The vehicle must be in good condition with a clean surface suitable for vinyl application.
    – Motorcycles, boats, trailers, and other non-standard vehicles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Employees of Instant Sign Factory and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

    Vehicle Size Guidelines


    Eligible Vehicles:
    – Cars (sedans, coupes, hatchbacks)
    – Pickup trucks
    – SUVs
    – Cargo and delivery vans
    – Semi cabs only (no trailers)

    Note: For semi trucks, only the cab will be wrapped, not the trailer.

    Not Eligible:
    – Full semi-truck trailers
    – RVs or motorhomes
    – Oversized specialty vehicles that exceed the dimensions of a standard commercial wrap
    – Vehicles in poor condition where a wrap would not properly adhere (rust, peeling paint, or body damage)

    Prize Value Disclaimer:
    Since vehicle sizes vary, the total square footage of the winning wrap will be determined by Instant Sign Factory’s team after vehicle inspection.
    Our goal is to provide a complete, high-quality wrap for the winning vehicle type, but wrap coverage may be adjusted based on size and design requirements.

    Contest Categories


    This is a combined contest with two entry categories. Entrants must select one category when entering:

    1. Business Fleet Wrap Category
       – Businesses submit their brand story and photo of a SINGLE vehicle from their fleet that they would like wrapped.
       – This allows a company to showcase its brand with a full wrap on one vehicle, even if they have multiple vehicles in their fleet.

    2. Personal Dream Ride Category
       – Individuals submit their dream wrap concept, even if it’s just an idea or sketch.
       – Our design team will bring the winning personal concept to life and professionally install the wrap.

    Judging Process


    Our panel of Instant Sign Factory judges will review entries based on the following criteria:

    – Creativity (30%): Originality and visual impact of the design or concept.
    – Storytelling (30%): How well the entrant explains their vision and its significance.
    – Practicality (20%): How well the wrap fits and functions on the chosen vehicle.
    – Community Buzz (20%): Optional public voting/social sharing to show community excitement.

    – Wrap Installations: February 1 – July 1, 2026

    Prizes


    Business Winner:
    – A free full custom wrap for ONE vehicle from the company’s fleet.
    – Professional photoshoot for marketing and promotion.
    – Featured success story on Instant Sign Factory’s website and social media.

    Personal Winner:
    – A custom-designed and installed wrap, created by our design team based on the winner’s concept.
    – Spotlight feature on our social media channels and website.

    Runner-Up Prizes:
    – Discounts on future wraps.
    – Instant Sign Factory branded merchandise.

    Winner Selection


    One (1) Business Winner and One (1) Personal Winner will be selected.

    Winners will be announced January 1, 2026 via:
    – Instant Sign Factory website
    – Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
    – Email newsletter

    Winners will also be contacted directly by phone and email.

    Terms & Conditions


    – Winning vehicles must be delivered to Spokane, WA for wrap installation between February 1 and July 1, 2026.
    – Instant Sign Factory is not responsible for travel, lodging, or transportation costs.
    – By entering, participants agree to allow Instant Sign Factory to use submitted photos, videos, and stories for marketing purposes.
    – Taxes, registration, and insurance are the responsibility of the winner.
    – Contest void where prohibited by law.
